Angiographic Catheter

A surgically invasive device intended for transient use, specifically to assist in the diagnosis of a defect of the heart or of the central circulatory system through direct contact with these parts of the body. Specifically the catheter is intended to be used for the delivery of radiopaque contrast media to selected sites in the patientís vasculature. The catheter assembly is manufactured from a variety of resins and an encapsulated stainless steel wire braid providing torque control and providing strength allowing injection pressures of up to 1200 psi. The assembly features a softer distal portion and may be easily formed into a wide variety of curves to facilitate use in the vasculature.

Assembly design
- allows for easy curve setting Ė tapering and perfusion port forming when required

Standard French sizes
- providing ease of use with a wide variety of sheath introducers

Encapsulated stainless steel wire braid
- providing kink resistance, super torque and large lumen

Manufacturing process
- providing reliability, super smooth surface and ease of use with introducer
